Florida Hellthcare

Attorney Practice Survey

A privately stored survey examining how Florida section 768.21(8) affects attorney case evaluation, acceptance, and filing.

What this survey measures.

This approximately five-minute survey examines what, if any, medical-negligence death claims reach court when § 768.21(8) limits survivor damages. It requests no client names, privileged communications, medical records, or case-identifying facts.

Florida Bar directory verification is optional. At your request, Florida Hellthcare retrieves your corresponding public Florida Bar member profile and sends a one-time verification message to the directory email address shown there. It confirms access to that email account at that time. It does not conclusively prove identity, current Bar status, or authorship of every answer. Identifying and contact information will not be included in published research or attributed without express permission.

The survey payload is encrypted at rest. The administrator notification contains a reference number and verification status but no survey answers. Review the Privacy Policy.

Optional Florida Bar directory verification

Enter your Florida Bar number if you want Florida Hellthcare to retrieve your corresponding public Florida Bar member profile and send a one-time verification code to the directory email address shown there. By selecting “Request directory verification,” you authorize this single lookup for that purpose. Verification is optional, and you may complete the survey without it.
