This project is strongest when every historical and constitutional proposition is treated as testable. Attorneys, insurance historians, actuaries, health-policy researchers, archivists, journalists, and medical professionals are invited to identify missing sources, contrary authority, weak inferences, and better formulations.
Particular areas of interest include the 1974–75 legislative record, Medical Liability Insurance Commission reports, insurer rate filings, claims-made coverage known before 1975, the relationship between Kluger and Carr, and the cumulative operation of damages exclusions, presuit requirements, probate procedure, and repose.
